A clown tries on many “hats”, personas and characters to discover who he is. Each thing he learns about himself as he plays with the world is an “aha”moment. Each laugh (a ha) he gets is a gift.
A Dark clown figure enters ,walking a tightrope between hope and fear. Can he finally realize his pulp dreams and desires or will he face and embrace the demons that tempt and haunt him?
Mons. Faux Pas is a hapless/hopeful innocent. With the public’s help, he tries to invent himself, create the person he thinks he wants to be till he can see himself as the idiot/fool and stop the world!
The laughs created on this journey serve as “aha” moments. When time briefly stops and we can all enjoy”now” for a while.

Writer/Performer/Director – Paul Wildbaum
Paul Wildbaum has thrilled audiences around the world with an inspired repertoire of comedy, visual theater and audience participation. Described as “hilarious” and”touching”, Paul is a compelling performer who combines the sublime with the ridiculous to create a brilliant cast of characters: Hamlet as a drunk, a baby unsure about being born; and with an uncanny ability to involve the audience, he creates a western in which he plays the villain and has audience members playing all the other roles, even the saloon doors.
