1) Tell us about your number in the Student Soirée and why you’re doing it?
My act is based on sound effects and music. My teacher Christel Bartelse appreciated my clown enough to summit it for the Festival.

2) Is your number clown, bouffon, character or something else entirely?
I guess my clown is an ass. A control-freak that loves to entertain people. A pretentious performer if you will.

3) What is your best clown experience? Either as a performer or a spectator?
Every Clown-class with Christel has been an amazing experience.

4) Your worst?
Watching every birthday-clown as a kid.

5) Are there any public figures you consider to be clowns?  Why?
Mike Meyers. He has throughout his career, created amazing characters that I consider to be clowns without the red nose. In many ways he does hide behind the mask, and has always a point.

6) Tell us a joke.
I can’t just tell a joke. I hate when people ask me that just because I’m a “comedian”, that’s like asking a politician to tell a lie.

7) Anything else…?
I’m anxious to perform and make Christel Bartelse proud. I’m also excited to meet Toronto’s clown circuit.
